Returns
Due to the nature of personalized items, orders can only be canceled for a full refund if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase. Orders that have already entered the processing phase cannot be canceled.
Please note that, only defective items are eligible for refunds and replacements.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your item so we can review your request and assist you in the best possible way. After this period, we may be limited in the support we can provide, but we will always do our best to help.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact us at furringshop@outlook.com. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility for a refund or a replacement.

To complete a review of your order, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please provide your order number and a clear photo of the item if the issue involves a defect.
Refunds (if applicable)
This section applies to approved order cancellations (within 24 hours) AND to items approved for a refund due to a defect.
Once your request is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
